MY CLAIM ID is OC-12-1101-1801-00020453, My vechicle got collapsed with a pillar (a 40NB pipe which was fixed temporary for lightening purpose) on road. Right side of my car, right door and sideways got damaged badly, Whole accident takes place as the car was taking turn to right and the a another car suddenly comes from front (i.e from wrong side with high beam on) to avoid accident i turned my vechile right and thus collapsed with the pillar. These people took my money once a month for a year and half and then they want to take my car a year and half into my loan due to me being late every week since it was a weekly loan. They are a scam and took my 12, 000 car for 5, 000 dollars.

An accident accured on April 27th 2011.. Took it to one of their shops in LA, a guy in a cast on his arm and a cigarrette in his mouth got into my car to look at the mileage, my wife has asthma. So i took it to my shop considering the 20%, at least the work is going to be done. A week an adjuster was coming out to look at the car. After body work was done, the car wouldn't go into reverse, took it to their shop, he couldn't diagnose it, took it to the dealer. 11 days till adjuster came out...

I have been with Allstate for over 20 years, and have made claims and liked their service. However, after I had to go on permenant disability I called my agent to see if I was getting all of the discount that I should be receiving. I purchased a 2005 Hyundai Elantra at Colonial Hyundai/Catillac through Nuvell Auto Finance in 2005. Had 25 miles on it and it was beautiful and loaded. I put $2000.00+ on it and drove off lot. Unbelievable! Worst insurance company ever! I was rear-ended by a pronto insured vehicle. A man, Jeroderick Allenx was driving the can and his wife was the passenger. Pronto insurance policy is in the wife’s name. Since the husband wasn’t on the policy they said he didn’t have permission to drive the car. Didnt have permissions? They were both in the car! The complaint form says "Auto Insurance" but actually my complaint includes home & auto insurance. In two years ANPAC raised my home insurance premium by about 80%; 20% in one year and 60% this year. They couldn't, or wouldn't tell me why and ignored two requests for information. MAN, I REALLY HATE being treated like I don't exist, especially when I am paying someone else for service. my complaint is that as a State-Farm customer they should be handling the calls the police report, calling the other insurance company, I feel at this time I have done majority of the work. stay on the other Ins. comany, represent me the way I represent you, this is not a complainant this should just be handled better.
