we have a shop at rajkot named shree ram stores since last 2 months any of your salesman not comes regularly and our sell is down on your product our monthly sell of your product is average 50000 to 75000. but your ponds and vaseline division salesman are not coming we tell them why not coming? then they tell us that you buy from semiwholsell is that not the properly answer. we tell also to arvind mishra sir pls reply us .and we have nice counter of olay 5000rs three months and loreal 1000...

This is the most stupid company with top most idiotic managers. Top executives will take life of juniors by imposing unnecessary work pressure. This company has very bad working environment. The TLs provides no encouragement and unnecessary exploitation is done. No employee retention plan is in place and few top panel people can suck your blood whichever they want because there is no one to stop them. For junior level employees this place is a living hell.

I as an employee working with ICICI BANK from 14th October'2010 to 29th November'2010 was not being paid a single amount for those days.Boss cheated me telling that LOGIN ID & PASSWORD has not generated & many more reasons like this.working for this many days they are paying me only 18days salary only.Boss cheated me like anything. please do take some action against him.

They will ask originl certificates, once u submit afterwards they start blackmailing u..... U have to complete 2 yrs there afterwards if they find you got selected in some other company, then they wil hold ur experience certificates for more than six months.... If u try to leave the company in between then they wont return back ur certificates....... Be careful before submitting certificates.....

Hi, I was employed in Cognizant Technology Solutions from May 3rd 2010 to Feb 25th 2011. My offer letter has an incentive component and company policy states that employee on the rolls on 31st December 2010 will be eligible for incentive. My appraiser did not submit my rating till my LWD and i came to know today that he had given me an under par rating due to which i did not get my incentive. It is not fair and I also did not get a chance to view his appraisal. I havent received any...
