dear sir, I am Anantharama,(haling from sainagar, mailoor road, near GND Engg college, Bidar-585403) obtained BSNL 3G DATA CARD with SIM NO. 8762728133 two weeks back. I got activated the SIM with RS. 50 currency and validity for RS.603 of 3 months. I couldnot even browse the internet even once upto my satisfaction as web page was not being found or very slow connection.I found only GPRS without other. I approached BSNL customer care center, BIdar twice and wasted almost two days...

This is the letter I have written to MTS after repeated complaints to their office at K C Complex, at Ajmer. I have mostly been unable to use their connection at my office in Kishangarh, even after their repeated promises. In fact I have many times incurred extra charges on my BSNL Wired Broadband at the office due to my not being able to use this alternate MTS broadband connection, that I had bought just to escape such a situation. My MTS Broadband data usage has been not more than 15-20%...

I bought this BSNL Data card of teracom company from bsnl office on date 3 Jan 2011 and recharged it recharge coupon of 4200 for unlimited download but i am getting only 40kbps speed and when i complaint that to bsnl custumer care hey told me to contact bsnl office . Am going to Bsnl office. hey told me why r u purchasing the datacard.
