The Dream Homes Property Developers Pvt. Ltd., is promoting land in and around Chennai. Most of the documents have not clear validity. I booked a plot in OMR IT Avenue and latter my advocate advised against the purchase of the plot and informed some discrepancies in the document. The company has neither rectified the legal discrepancies to sell the plot to me nor returned the advanced payment they have collected which works out to be Rs.20,000. Hi we have purchased 1/2 acre agricultural land in 2009 and it is registered in our name. Hi, I had purchased land in 2004 with BL ARya from Utthan Township in consultation with Dinesh Kulwal who works in SBI but does several side business. They allured me with discounted land prices. They gave me power of attorney paper and assurance that land can be registered later. They sold the same property to several people. They are not willing to give me my money or land back.

In lucknow UP a farmer named Gangaram sold a plot in 2003 at Village-Gudamba, near Guru Gobind Singh Sport College, Lucknow. He sold plot no 3 to me of 1500 sq feet of khasra no 194.
