Complaints Categories Complaints - refund

I wrote online to in July 2011, to cancel my unused portion of ticket,and I am still waiting for my refund which was promised to me by various customer care reps I spoke to. I have a long list of email conversations with them. They have decided to ignore my request & dont even reply to my emails anymore, all I get is computer generated email.I feel they have had enough time to give me my refund of rupees 13543,as agreed by Bhagwat Sharma, Customer care consultant.

I am disappointed that have behaved in this manner, shame on them.What is so annoying is that their customer care reps just fob you off, and say the money will be in my account in 10 days.I called them on the phone from London and spend a large amountof time being sent to different depts, only to be hung up..
