mahindra Complaints - regarding mahindra powerrol dg warranty

dear sir/madam
i've purchased a mahindra powerol dg around 11 months back from j b engineers(a autorised agent),nawadah,bihar.around 8-10 days back its self starting system was not functioning,i was reported this to the above mentioned agency ,they were send their mechanic on next day of complaints,and stated that within 2 or 3 days we'll either replace ur self or repair it,but till now the status is as it is.i've talked several times personally but can not be benifitted.every time they just say the matter is in progress,and can not do any thing else.as i'm running a surgical hospital in biharsarif(nalanda),and as it is surgical hospital ,without electricity we can not do any things else,there fore daily i'm suffering from financial as well as mental loss.kindly look in to the matter and try to sortlist my problem as soon as possible.

I also bought an Mahindra Genset (5 KVA) in Bihar (Nawada) for personal use from distribution network J.B.ENGINEERS, 127, OPP TOWN POLICE STATION, NAWADA, State: BIHAR on the month of April/May 2009.I have also experienced techincal problem very frequantly.
Believe me the worst brand I have seen ever is Mahindra Genset. Their post-sale service is awful. The moment you will buy this Genset you will be experiencing tough time throughout. If you experience technical issue and calling your...
