Airtel Broadband Complaints - Shifting of Broadband


I had given the shift my Broadband to my new house address around a month back, however there has not yet been any action taken so far on the request. I called to your call center so many times, no one is responding to my query properly. They are keeping me on hold for half an hour then disconnect the line. I tried to contact your nodal and appellate officers. But no one is picking the phone. I am here missing the core value of Airtel “ Customer delight” .
I am very sorry to say that Airtel is worst service provider in today market. Your customer care department has brought me in condition that I have to take a decision to choose some other provider.

However before switching to other provider I thought I should inform you about the service of India’s No.1 service provider situation.

Hope you should understand the pain of customer. You will take immediate necessary action.
