MyTaxFiler Complaints - Unresponsive once fee paid

This was the consecutive 3rd year I had been filing USA income tax from state of Indiana. Like previous years it was eFiling. GlobalValueAdd / MyTaxFiler was the tax preparer. While I remember - I was clearly informed that the filing was going to eFiling and refund (both Federal & State) amounts will be deposited directly to my account. Though the Federal refund was auto credited, for state refund IRS has confirmed that it was submitted for manual check refund.
For the last 6 weeks I have been running from pillar to post within MyTaxFiler for getting the issue corrected (as there is no one in USA at that address to encash the check into my account). But now they washed their hand and neither responding to calls nor emails.
This clearly shows unprofessional & unethical practice that MyTaxFiler / GlobalValueAdd is exhibiting once the service fee is paid and an error is found at their end. Despite of bringing this irregularity into the notice of the senior management no action has been taken and hence wanted to warn all to be aware of reality.
